Where we ship
We accept orders for delivery to eligible United States addresses. Destination eligibility is confirmed during order review before payment. Some carriers or product types may not support every address, including certain P.O. box, military, territory, Alaska, or Hawaii destinations. If we cannot serve an address, the order will not be accepted or will be canceled and any collected payment will be refunded.
Shipping methods, charges, and estimates
- Available shipping methods, charges, and estimated timing are confirmed during order review before payment is requested.
- Business days exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and U.S. federal holidays.
- Delivery estimates begin after carrier acceptance and are not guaranteed unless we expressly provide a written guaranteed date.
- Orders may ship in more than one package. You will not be charged an additional shipping fee solely because we split a shipment.
Order processing and delays
Order requests may be reviewed for item availability, address accuracy, fraud prevention, and legal compliance before a payment step is provided. Accepted paid orders may also be reviewed for payment authorization before shipment. If an order cannot ship within the estimate presented at purchase, we will provide a revised estimate and any cancellation option required by law. If you do not agree to a material delay, you may cancel the unshipped portion for a full refund of the amount paid for that portion, including applicable shipping charges as required by law.
Tracking and delivery
When tracking is available, it will be provided using the contact information associated with the order. Carrier scans and estimates may change in transit. Customers are responsible for entering a complete, accurate, and secure delivery address. Contact us promptly if an address needs correction; a change may not be possible once processing begins.
Cancellation and order changes
Email or call us as soon as possible to request a cancellation, quantity change, or address correction. We will make reasonable efforts to help, but cannot guarantee a change after an order enters fulfillment or ships. After shipment, an eligible item may be returned under the terms below.
30-day return policy
You may request a return within 30 calendar days after the carrier marks the order delivered. To qualify, an item must be unused, uninstalled, unaltered, and returned with its original packaging, included parts, and proof of purchase. We may decline a return that is damaged after delivery, shows use or installation, is incomplete, or is sent without authorization. This policy does not limit rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
How to start a return
- Email cynthia@stylefootwear.org with your order number, the item, quantity, and reason for return, or call +1 267 379 8748.
- Wait for return authorization and the correct return address. The business mailing address below is not automatically the return destination.
- Pack the item securely and follow the provided instructions. Retain the carrier receipt and tracking information until the return is resolved.
Return shipping and fees
- For a voluntary return, such as a change of mind or incorrect size selected by the customer, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
- If we sent the wrong item or the item arrived damaged or materially defective, we will provide a prepaid return method or otherwise cover reasonable authorized return shipping.
- Original shipping charges are not refundable for a voluntary return. They will be refunded when required by law or when the return results from our error and the entire order is returned.
- We do not charge a restocking fee for an eligible return.
Damaged, incorrect, or missing items
Contact us promptly after delivery with the order number, a description of the issue, photographs of the item and packaging when available, and the affected quantity. Keep the product and packaging until we provide instructions. We will review the claim and, as appropriate, arrange a replacement, missing-item shipment, or refund. A request for prompt notice does not eliminate any non-waivable legal right.
Refunds
We inspect returned items after receipt. If approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within five business days. Your bank or card issuer may need additional time to post the credit. If the original payment method cannot receive a refund, we will contact you to arrange a lawful alternative. Refunds are not issued as store credit when applicable law requires a return to the original payment method.
Exchanges
Product dimensions and fit vary. To obtain a different size or product, contact us before returning the original item. Depending on availability, we may arrange an exchange or ask you to return the eligible item and place a separate order.
