REFUND POLICY

Customers may submit a return request within 30 days of receiving the merchandise.
Return requests submitted after the 30-day period will not be accepted, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

The item retains its original appearance and functionality;
The item includes all original packaging, tags, and accessories;
The item is in a condition suitable for resale;
Valid order information or proof of purchase is provided.
We reserve the right to inspect and verify returned items.
III. Non-Returnable Situations
The following situations do not qualify for a return:
The item has been used;
The item has sustained damage caused by the customer;
The item is missing original packaging, tags, or accessories;
The item is soiled, worn, or damaged due to customer handling;
The item is no longer in a condition suitable for resale;
The return request is submitted after the specified return period;
Items excluded from return policies by law.
We reserve the right to refuse refund requests for items that do not meet return conditions.
IV. Returns Due to Quality Issues
If the received item exhibits any of the following:
Manufacturing defects;
Damage;
Incorrect item received;
Significant discrepancy between the item and the order;
Please contact our customer service team as soon as possible after receipt and provide:

Photos of the item;
Description of the issue.
Once a quality issue is verified and confirmed:
The customer is not responsible for return shipping costs;
STYLE FOOTWEAR LLC will cover reasonable return shipping costs;
The customer may choose between a refund or an exchange.
V. Returns Unrelated to Quality Issues
If a return is requested for reasons such as:
Dislike of the item;
Incorrect size selection;
Change of mind;
Item no longer needed for personal reasons;
Returns may be requested provided the item meets the return conditions.
For such returns:
Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer;
Original shipping fees (if applicable) are generally non-refundable;
Applicable fees will be deducted from the refund amount (as permitted by law).
VI. Exchange Policy
If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us within 30 days of receipt.
Items for exchange must meet the following conditions:
Unused;
Packaging intact;
Suitable for resale;
Compliant with other conditions specified in this policy.
Exchange Process:
Contact customer service to submit an exchange request;
Obtain exchange approval;
Ship the item back as instructed;
Warehouse completes inspection;
Replacement item is shipped out.
Exchange processing typically takes 3–5 business days after the returned item is received.
Availability of replacement items cannot be guaranteed due to limited stock. If an exchange is not possible, the customer may choose to receive a refund.
VII. Return Request Process
To request a return, please follow these steps:

Please pack the item securely and retain the tracking information.

The warehouse will inspect and verify the returned item upon receipt.
Once approved, the refund or exchange process will begin.
VIII. Refund Processing Time
Once the return is approved and meets refund criteria:
We will process the refund within 3–5 business days of receiving the returned item;
The refund will be issued via the original payment method;
The actual time it takes for funds to appear in your account may vary depending on the processing times of banks, credit card issuers, or payment platforms.
The customer will be notified once the refund has been processed.

Please do not return items directly without confirmation from customer service.
X. Order Cancellation
If the order has not yet entered the shipping process, the customer may contact the customer service team to request an order cancellation. If the order has already been shipped, the return process must be completed in accordance with this return policy.
